Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (additional education a plus)
  • 5+ years of marketing program or brand management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of executing business-driven programs
  • Previous working within a franchised system (a plus)
  • Experience with new business prospecting and/or account management
  • Polished interpersonal skills to maintain strong working relationships with business partners and suppliers
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Ability to take direction and execute with minimal supervision
  • Ability to think “outside the box” and persevere when faced with roadblocks
  • Development of fact-based business cases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IRI syndicated data

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships and communications between Inspire Brands and licensees to ensure execution of the yearly plan for CPG products
  • Align with Inspire Brand teams to identify potential areas of growth for the brands in the CPG space
  • Oversee annual planning and budgeting for managed licensed businesses
  • Conduct monthly forecasting and roll-ups of all revenue and expenses
  • Identify potential gaps and areas for growth
  • Lead the management of day-to-day activity, creative development, and execution for marketing programs to drive restaurant traffic, channel sales, attract new consumers, and incent purchase
  • Utilize traditional and non-traditional marketing tools (e.g., FSIs, digital and social marketing, consumer promotions)
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and/or other CPG business teams to drive cross-channel or product-focused events
  • Measure and analyze program results to assess business impact and opportunities for improvement
  • Advise tracking of licensee’s progress toward yearly plan achievement
  • Lead internal approval processes for various marketing and packaging elements
  • Ensure timely communication of retail partner business strategies and activities within the organization and out to the franchisee community
  • Collaborate with licensed partners in development of new product innovation and launch activities
