Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class guest experience by enthusiastically encouraging people to enter, welcoming guests, and guiding them through experiences from gearing up to gearing down
Provide technical support and troubleshooting, helping guests fit gear properly and addressing technical issues lightheartedly to maintain immersion
Maintain order and cleanliness of the store, experience rooms, and equipment to ensure a premium and professional experience
