Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with 2+ years working in XR, games, or immersive media environments
Strong skills in Kotlin or similar modern languages, and hands-on experience with spatial development workflows
Strong creative instincts and an ability to bridge technical and visual goals
A maker mentality: quick to prototype, comfortable with iteration, and eager to try new tools or approaches
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team
Flexibility and resourcefulness in working with incomplete or experimental SDKs and tooling
Preferred: Prior work on XR/AR/VR prototypes or short-format real-time demos

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the other Developers, Tech Lead, Technical Artists, and creative stakeholders to design and implement real-time immersive demo experiences
Own the implementation of interaction mechanics, UI elements, and spatial features across short-cycle prototypes
Build rapid MVPs using Android Studio, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and modern XR SDKs
Translate creative direction into performant and visually compelling technical output
Prototype and test features across a variety of devices and screen contexts
Debug, optimize, and polish code for stability and fluid visual output—even when working with placeholder systems
Contribute to documentation and technical insight to inform future product team development
