Responsibilities

The Retail Assistant Store Manager will mentor and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service, oversee store operations including scheduling and opening/closing procedures, manage inventory and restocking processes, ensure visual merchandising meets Skechers standards, drive revenue growth through performance strategies, proactively address operational challenges and customer concerns, and occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
