Responsibilities

The Residential Driver will safely operate a collection truck along designated routes, ensuring prompt and courteous waste removal services for customers. They will perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, operate the compactor and dispose of collected material, interact with customers and dispatchers, identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers, clean up spills, complete route/productivity sheets and VCRs, maintain adherence to productivity standards, and follow all safety policies and procedures while upholding Company standards and regulations.
