Responsibilities

The Resident Engineer will act as the primary Juniper technical expert for managed services accounts, providing advanced troubleshooting for Juniper hardware and Junos OS software. Responsibilities include investigating complex network issues, collaborating with TAC and engineering teams, assisting with network planning and design, guiding new solution deployments, and reviewing designs and configurations. The role also involves participating in network changes, maintaining documentation, advising customers, communicating technical findings, providing knowledge transfer, documenting best practices, recreating customer issues in labs, opening and tracking JTAC cases, assisting with operational reports, and training customer support personnel on Juniper products.
