Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, retain, lead, coach, and inspire culinary and retail teams to exceed performance expectations and maintain positive culture
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans
  • Lead engaging cooking classes and private events to create memorable experiences, inspire loyalty, and increase foot traffic/store engagement
  • Represent brand/culture, ensure outstanding class execution, and uphold customer-focused culture in kitchen and retail
  • Oversee, address, and take responsibility for all customer feedback related to culinary program
  • Drive sales growth through strategies, meet/exceed culinary/retail goals, and optimize performance via daily KPI analysis
  • Manage daily operations, inventory, expenses, minimize shrink, and ensure compliance with safety/regulations
