Responsibilities

The Reserve Engineer will learn and service Cobalt’s robot hardware, communicate with teammates regarding field repairs and projects, ensure hardware failures are addressed and resolved within a safe and timely manner, occasionally assist with field operation projects and new robot deployments, be dispatched to client sites to resolve hardware failures, and report to a Regional Project Manager. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and potentially working outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
