Deployment Engineer
Collaborative Robotics- Full Time

Candidates should possess familiarity with hardware assembly and disassembly, including experience with computer hardware and small electrical components, and be comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical teammates. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively are also required, along with an understanding of robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and a willingness to learn. Candidates must be available during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) and be open to flexible and on-call schedules, including support jobs outside of these hours.
The Reserve Engineer will learn and service Cobalt's robot hardware, communicate with teammates regarding field repairs and projects, ensure hardware failures are addressed and resolved within a safe and timely manner, occasionally assist with field operation projects and new robot deployments, be dispatched to client sites to resolve hardware failures, report to a Regional Project Manager, and provide excellent customer service to clients, including presenting to Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
