Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in global project management of complex quantitative research projects, ideally including segmentation, path to purchase, and market landscape projects. They should also have at least 2 years of experience as a Research Manager or Senior Manager in a Strategic Analytics & Insights Team, Customer Success team, or equivalent recent external experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Google software suite is required, along with a dedication to mastering other relevant software.

Responsibilities

As a Director, Customer Success – Consumer Insight, the individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, balancing client needs with company goals, identifying client requirements, and communicating regularly with clients about their projects. They will oversee the development of survey questionnaires and reports, present research to clients and stakeholders, manage a matrixed team of researchers, ensure project plans are in place, drive practice expertise, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will proactively identify and resolve issues, juggle multiple projects, and partner with clients who manufacture tobacco and/or alcohol products.
