Requirements

Candidates should be graduates in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Administration with experience in health insurance, residing in Barranquilla. They should possess solid communication and persuasion skills, flexibility, adaptability to change, and the ability to adopt new technologies. A good understanding of the Colombian healthcare system and its main actors, such as EPSs and IPSs, is also required. Intermediate English proficiency is desired, along with a postgraduate degree or MBA.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will demonstrate passion in every interaction with healthcare professionals to improve patient lives through Lilly’s innovative therapies. They will analyze market behavior, identify the patient’s path through the healthcare system, understand the stages of the patient’s disease, and the available therapeutic options to provide the best service to clients. The representative will utilize excellent sales techniques based on value during medical visits to convey the characteristics and value of relevant brands according to customer needs. They will promote medical products in high specialty, based on strong scientific knowledge of the products, as well as the characteristics of patients for whom they are indicated. The representative will be responsible for administrative duties and oriented to meeting metrics to perform their field activities even better, maintaining a positive attitude towards complex scenarios and executing concrete actionable steps. They will also build and establish high-quality relationships with stakeholders in institutions, prioritize opportunities in their territory, develop action plans, and achieve established goals, implement marketing strategies, and achieve the impact of key clients through a multi-channel strategy, and execute actions that truly add value to the position, the team, and the business, complying with ethics and compliance policies.
