Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with UiPath's commercial sales, BDR, and channel teams to ensure long-term retention while identifying new scaling opportunities within the current customer portfolio
  • Work with account and channel manager teams to ensure timely renewals and minimize churn
  • Proactively address objections or issues that could impact renewal decisions
  • Analyze customer usage and goals to identify, pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities; highlight additional services or features to complement renewal discussions
  • Collaborate with account managers and distribution departments
  • Collaborate with channel teams to discover new revenue sources in existing accounts
  • Deploy tailored sales campaigns to drive product adoption and value expansion
  • Forecast revenue contribution from existing customers and maintain a predictable pipeline
  • Handle renewals and installed base upsell/cross-sell in-house to simplify the sales cycle - define tiered models by region (T1: AE involved 25%, T2/T3 accounts: minimal to zero AE involvement in renewal management)
  • Partner with Account Executives on expansion and pipeline generation in existing customers
  • Ensure achievement of territory iARR and retention rate goals through strong collaboration with account managers and other departments
  • Assist with contract configuration elements and renewal timing in complex renewals
  • Act as a liaison between multiple functions (DH, CS, SE, Finance, Legal) to ensure organization-wide alignment and effective communication
