Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with UiPath's commercial sales, BDR, and channel teams to ensure long-term retention while identifying new scaling opportunities within the current customer portfolio
Work with account and channel manager teams to ensure timely renewals and minimize churn
Proactively address objections or issues that could impact renewal decisions
Analyze customer usage and goals to identify, pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities; highlight additional services or features to complement renewal discussions
Collaborate with account managers and distribution departments
Collaborate with channel teams to discover new revenue sources in existing accounts
Deploy tailored sales campaigns to drive product adoption and value expansion
Forecast revenue contribution from existing customers and maintain a predictable pipeline
Handle renewals and installed base upsell/cross-sell in-house to simplify the sales cycle - define tiered models by region (T1: AE involved 25%, T2/T3 accounts: minimal to zero AE involvement in renewal management)
Partner with Account Executives on expansion and pipeline generation in existing customers
Ensure achievement of territory iARR and retention rate goals through strong collaboration with account managers and other departments
Assist with contract configuration elements and renewal timing in complex renewals
Act as a liaison between multiple functions (DH, CS, SE, Finance, Legal) to ensure organization-wide alignment and effective communication
