Position Overview

AuditBoard is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Renewals Deal Desk Analyst to join our expanding Order Management team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the enforcement of company renewal policies by verifying the accuracy of renewals orders/contracts, ensuring adherence to clean order protocols, inputting and maintaining order and contract data into our record-keeping systems, and assisting the renewals team with contract questions, policy guidance, and combined deals. This position also offers a fantastic opportunity to aid in developing and implementing procedures, reporting, and system features that will boost business outcomes and elevate our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and enforce company renewal booking policies.
  • Verify order and contract details for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of order information into Sales and Accounting systems, and communicate any issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide knowledgeable and efficient support on renewal-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with management and other teams on cross-functional projects to improve renewals processes, systems, and customer experiences.
  • Assist with the coordination and contracting of combined deals, concessions, and product swaps.
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze renewal order metrics reporting.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 3+ years of prior experience in a deal desk, order management, or billing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, processes, and systems.
  • Understanding of deal support/commercial topics, basic accounting, revenue (ASC 606), and billing principles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have Experience

  • Familiarity with SaaS order methodology and software delivery.
  • Proficiency in SFDC and CPQ software with hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to order and data management (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
