Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in renewals, sales support, account coordination, or CRM administration, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Salesforce is required, with experience in quoting tools, CPQ, or CLM systems being a plus, along with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
The Renewals & Sales Support Specialist will track and manage upcoming renewals for enterprise accounts in Salesforce, own the renewal workflow, prepare and route renewal order forms and agreements, act as the point of contact for Account Executives and clients during the renewal process, ensure all renewal-related data in Salesforce is complete and up-to-date, support Account Executives with administrative and operational tasks throughout the sales cycle, serve as a Salesforce power user, assist in preparing quotes and proposal documents, coordinate with Sales Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to move deals forward efficiently and compliantly, maintain updated client records, coordinate client-facing communication, and support sales development efforts by coordinating with enterprise development representatives and management for process optimization and efficiencies.
