Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in renewals, sales, account management, or revenue operations within a SaaS, agency, or influencer marketing company. They should have strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, a collaborative approach, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets, and be detail-oriented with experience managing contract workflows and revenue forecasting. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM and forecasting tools is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Renewal Manager, you will be accountable for the full-cycle renewal process for Later Influence customers, including leading contract negotiations, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to understand account health, managing renewal forecasting and reporting, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Sales Ops to facilitate contract generation, and maintaining accurate pipeline data in Salesforce. You will also be responsible for owning the renewal process 90 days out from contract end dates and identifying expansion opportunities.
