This strategic role is focused on managing and growing CrowdStrike's MSSP partner renewals, ensuring high retention rates and identifying expansion opportunities within the existing MSSP partner base.

What You'll Do

  • Drive renewal strategy and execution for an assigned MSSP partners portfolio.
  • Proactively manage renewal pipelines and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with MSSP Partners to ensure timely contract renewals.
  • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze partner usage, adoption, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partner Success, and Customer Success teams.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in software/SaaS renewals, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of MSSP business models and the security landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with CrowdStrike products and services.
  • Knowledge of Security market dynamics and business practices.
  • Previous experience working with MSSPs or channel partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellence in relationship management.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
