Requirements
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success, along with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience. Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process is ideal, and proficiency with MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis skills, is preferred. Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) is also required, as is familiarity with forecasting tools like Clari.
Responsibilities
The Renewals Account Manager will partner with Sales, Business Value Consultants, and others to retain and expand customer revenue by producing and presenting compelling customer proposals, ensuring timely contract renewals, and accurately quoting prices. They will research customer license history, gather renewal requirements, work with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, and validate renewal quotes. Additionally, the role involves providing customer service, escalating issues, identifying at-risk renewals, and delivering feedback to product teams on feature requests and product enhancements, while also ensuring accurate ACV categories and account ARR in Salesforce.com and mitigating churn risks.
