Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven experience in renewal management, preferably in the software industry working for a vendor. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data are required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is a requirement, and experience in upselling and cross-selling within a subscription-based model is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Renewal Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for software subscriptions, developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer retention and renewal rates, identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value, and collaborating with sales, customer success, partners, and support teams to ensure seamless renewal experiences across the EMEA region. They will also analyze renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to renewals, prepare and present renewal forecasts and reports to senior management, and maintain accurate records of renewal activities and customer interactions.
