The Remote Travel Concierge will answer common questions using provided scripts and creatively solve complex requests from guests. Daily tasks will include using software such as ClickUp and Breezeway, completing tasks assigned by the manager, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to set up newly onboarded properties.
