Responsibilities

Align programs with the organization's strategic objectives and business goals. Clearly define the scope of the program, including deliverables and outcomes. Establish clear and measurable program objectives

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues that may impact the program's success
Engage with various stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members
Develop and manage the program schedule, setting realistic timelines and milestones
Implement effective change control processes to manage alterations to the program scope and schedule. Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure alignment
Address conflicts and challenges within the team to maintain a positive work environment
