Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills

Responsibilities
Prospecting new clients and setting first time appointments with business owners via network and referral partnerships
Running presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle
Explaining value proposition and demonstrating Heartland Payments Platform
Upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services
Maintaining regular communication with the Core Payments District Manager
Uncovering needs and presenting solutions to close sales
Maintaining existing/prospective client records (call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, etc.) in CRM systems (Atlas and Salesforce)
Achieving minimum production requirements, including securing quota
Continuously building knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry developments
Attending weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leader
Using CRM platforms for lead generation, sales presentations, client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing during training and ongoing
