Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management/renewal management or Customer Success Management, preferably in a high-volume SaaS environment
  • Ability to think systematically and operationally, with a focus on identifying and analyzing processes and workflows, to service a large set of customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and revenue objectives
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to adjust operational strategies and lead the direction of the development of new retention initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial relationship with assigned accounts, focusing on retaining existing paid footprint, mitigating churn risk, and ensuring long-term customer success
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customer renewal needs, summarizing key learnings to leadership teams
  • Forecast healthy and predictable revenue for territory and identify risks early
  • Work with CSM team to identify at-risk accounts, develop strategies to mitigate risk, ensure customer satisfaction, and secure renewals
  • Shape the Relationship Management team's growth and scaling
  • Engage with customers to gain insights and inform future product development
  • Meet or exceed book of business retention and ensure predictable, timely renewals
