Xplor is seeking a strategic Relationship Manager to join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical. This role acts as a crucial link between sales and onboarding, owning the client experience from contract signature until the onboarding kickoff call. You will be responsible for maintaining client engagement, re-engaging inactive accounts, and ensuring future customers convert into active clients. This is not an entry-level position and requires strong client instincts, operational expertise, and the ability to proactively drive process improvements.
