The Relationship Banker will identify customers’ needs through the bank’s retail sales process, provide proactive basic sales solutions, specialize in branch customer experience, play a key role in relationship management and sales process, conduct basic research on customer profiles, identify financial needs of customers and present appropriate product and service options, proactively reach out to clients, onboard new customers, establish trust with existing clients, schedule appointments, prepare for scheduled appointments, perform customer servicing interactions, adhere to compliance/operational risk controls, promote an environment of belonging, and complete other related duties as assigned.
