Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment such as fintech, brokerage, sales & trading, or management consulting, and working knowledge of margin accounts, managing margin calls, and product knowledge related to equities, options, and fixed income. A Series 7 and/or 63/66 license is required, and Series 4, 57, and/or 24 (or other FINRA certifications) are considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

As a Brokerage Associate, you will contribute to the Trading and Operations team by managing day-to-day trading and operational processes, ensuring smooth operations while identifying opportunities for system optimization. You will independently lead projects and analyses to support business growth, resolve trade and allocation breaks with custodians and the street, monitor daily margin calls and exception reporting, manage Public’s inventory and error accounts, and work closely with Client Experience to resolve trading or margin issues, as well as support Onboarding and Risk functions cross-functionally within Brokerage.
