The Difference You Make:

The Sr. Associate, Business Management Support, leads and provides direction to the Central Banking Operations team for project planning and management to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. This role supports end-to-end project management activities for funded and BAU projects, including project reporting, planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, and documentation preparation. The associate will partner with incident management to swiftly resolve issues, mitigate risks, and manage remediation post-resolution. This role also involves developing strong partnerships with the IT Project Management Office and Central Banking Operations subject matter experts.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Supports the update and delivery of project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Provides guidance to the PMO on business impacts and requirements.
  • Serves as a key point of contact with the PMO, supporting Central Banking Operations.
  • Manages process and project management deliverables for assigned projects from initiation through closure, including intake activities.
  • Develops presentations, dashboards, reports, and other project communications and documentation.
  • Provides support to business leads by organizing meeting invites, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Participates in project team meetings, representing business stakeholders to ensure appropriate communication.
  • Monitors and supports the documentation of project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Documents and communicates project changes, health, and status to business stakeholders.

Strategic Planning and Alignment:

  • Supports project leads and senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Leads and contributes to the development of project definition and scope with applicable stakeholders.
  • Leads the development of the annual project book of work, including cost/benefit analysis and documentation necessary for prioritization.

Incident Management:

  • Assists in developing and maintaining issue management best practices.
  • Provides business management of events and incidents to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversees accurate incident ticket entry and closure.
  • Facilitates and supports issue reporting and remediation post-resolution, including managing necessary changes.
  • Develops and maintains monthly reporting on issues and business impact.
