Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience selling Health and/or Benefits solutions to self-insured employers
  • Product experience/expertise in the GLP-1 space
  • Knowledge of GLP-1s, AOMs, and their impact on the employee benefits industry
  • Proven track record of successful quota achievement and sales achievement awards
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • PharmD preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities within their territory/alliance that are a fit for the Omada solution and execute the sales process and playbook for those accounts
  • Work closely with strategic partners and PBMs to collaborate on market, account, and opportunity strategies that lead to new business
  • Take a solution/consultative sales approach with prospects to learn more about their needs and how Omada complements their strategies
  • Exercise the desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization
  • Run the entire sales process from prospecting through contract closure
  • Partner closely with other Omada commercial personnel to align on strategy and execution at a client-by-client level
