Responsibilities

  • Charge Management: Responsible for the full-process management of G2N charges to ensure compliant and efficient use and support orderly business operations
  • Product Management: Lead the full life cycle management of new products, covering new product planning, launch promotion, and subsequent operation
  • Marketing Management: Coordinate the overall planning of marketing activities, implementation of plans, and full-process tracking of execution to ensure expected results
  • Sales Control: Fully responsible for sales target management, ensuring steady achievement through data tracking, strategy adjustment, and other means
  • Operation Optimization and Promotion: Summarize, refine, and iteratively optimize existing operation models, and promote replication of mature and effective models in business
  • Plan Formulation: Develop regional Cycle Plan 3 months in advance and submit to TMK for approval; make minor adjustments 2 months in advance; finalize 1 month in advance
  • Execution Tracking: In the current month, track progress and effectiveness of regional plans based on headquarters data
  • Review and Summary: In the following month, review activity implementation, summarize experiences, and identify optimization directions
