  • At least 5-year experience at Manager level with significant achievements in managing a large area and a team of 20 staffs
  • Good record in previous company

Responsibilities

  • Plan & develop Trade Consumer activities in the assigned area
  • Manage & supervise group leaders (UTM, Supervisors of Category Advisory Team, Supervisor of Trade Coordinator Team) to achieve target assigned by the Trade Consumer Department
  • Manage & train Trade Consumer Team, support the Sales Team to create demand and develop market in assigned area
  • Develop opportunities marketing in the research, analyzing sales data and market
  • Plan, develop & review Promotion Program, Display Program and activities
  • Develop & implement the branding campaign through the organization of the event
  • Build relationship with customers, explore the needs and anticipate new opportunities
  • Handle issues relating to Sales Operation in the region within the given authority
  • Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company
