Requirements

  • Experienced in endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Ability to easily articulate complex security problems to a set of audiences
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; act as the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
  • Extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references
  • Strong understanding of MEDDIC based sales process and how to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers and prospects
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations
  • Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions and stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the security industry
  • Work with the marketing team to develop technical marketing materials, such as whitepapers and solution briefs, that support our sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts
