Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
  • Target Audience: Experience selling to Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s).
  • Startup Experience: Experience working with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process.
  • Channel Sales: Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Demand Generation: Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Sales Methodology: Experience using MEDDIC.

Responsibilities

  • Business Planning: Develop a business plan to consistently overachieve sales goals.
  • Sales Ecosystem Management: Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Customer Value Communication: Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Value Proposition Articulation: Articulate Cribl’s value proposition effectively throughout the organization, from engineers to C-level executives.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Predictably forecast sales and consistently hit sales targets.
