Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies, along with 1+ years of field sales experience and a proven track record of hunting into net new accounts. Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives is required, as well as an aptitude for understanding how technology solves business problems and the ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences. Strong problem-solving, time management, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue within assigned enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include scoping, negotiating, and closing agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets, targeting and gaining access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at the CIO and CSO level. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development to drive engagement and visibility with target accounts, as well as leveraging partners' established account presence and relationships. Accurate prospect information must be maintained using Salesforce.com.
