Requirements

Primary management responsibility for directing sales of Abbott Deep Brain Stimulation Therapies products and/or services in a specified region or major geographical area
Direct supervision over company sales representatives and liaison with independent sales rep firms
Ability to recommend, interpret, and implement corporate, division, or organizationally specific policies and procedures
Experience setting goals, ensuring they are met, and driving continuous process improvement
Capability to assure quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements
