Requirements

Candidates must have experience in the endpoint or network security space, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, or HIPS/IDS. A strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems is required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, a sales engineering background or 3+ years of relevant work experience, and fluency in German and English are necessary. The ability to travel as required is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations, configure product installations and customizations during POV engagements, and collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts. They will also provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging. The role involves acting as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and customers to gain mind-share and ensure project success.
