Responsibilities

Act as the face of LogScale and NG-SIEM for prospective customers
Work alongside the sales team and take ownership of the technical relationship through the sales cycle
Maintain relationships with customers as they discover, expand use of, and provide feedback on LogScale and NG-SIEM to the Product Management team
Become a trusted advisor by providing technical value, answering technical questions, demonstrating capabilities, and laying out a technical vision of LogScale and NG-SIEM
Act as a LogScale subject matter expert
Work closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams
Provide feedback on deal progress, uncover prospects' wants and needs, and translate them to tangible value from LogScale and NG-SIEM platforms
Guide prospective customers through their discovery of LogScale and NG-SIEM
Play an integral part in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, including exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships
