Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of LogScale and NG-SIEM for prospective customers
  • Work alongside the sales team and take ownership of the technical relationship through the sales cycle
  • Maintain relationships with customers as they discover, expand use of, and provide feedback on LogScale and NG-SIEM to the Product Management team
  • Become a trusted advisor by providing technical value, answering technical questions, demonstrating capabilities, and laying out a technical vision of LogScale and NG-SIEM
  • Act as a LogScale subject matter expert
  • Work closely with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering teams
  • Provide feedback on deal progress, uncover prospects' wants and needs, and translate them to tangible value from LogScale and NG-SIEM platforms
  • Guide prospective customers through their discovery of LogScale and NG-SIEM
  • Play an integral part in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, including exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships
