The Regional Sales Director will interview, hire, and train Account Executives, providing day-to-day support to ensure monthly production minimums are met. They will assist with recruitment, provide accurate reporting, and consistently prospect and close new merchant accounts. Responsibilities also include marketing additional Xplor Pay products, demonstrating expertise in hardware, software, and programs, and reinforcing the Xplor Pay selling system to direct reports. Leaders are expected to attract, develop, inspire, and retain a high-performing team, delegate thoughtfully, set clear performance goals, and act as an enterprise leader.
