Candidates should have at least 5 years of selling experience in the wireless markets, with previous experience selling Macro and Small Cell Antennas, Distributed Antenna Systems, Connectors, radios, or other wireless infrastructure equipment. Existing credible relationships with key players in the wireless market and demonstrated success developing and executing a sales strategy for a premium product are required. Experience operating in an entrepreneurial environment, the ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts, computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite, email, work order systems, and SAP, and telecommunications industry experience selling to carriers are also necessary. Travel up to 70% is required, and the ideal candidate would be located in Tri State, Upstate NY, or New England.
The Regional Sales Director will drive consultative selling in the Northeast region across all Wireless Carriers and distribution partners for the TLS product line, focusing on growth in antennas and maintaining current market share. This role is responsible for all Antenna and Transmission Line (TLS) sales activity in the Northeast region, requiring remote work with travel as needed. The Director will participate directly with Wireless Carriers to provide superior solutions, secure, build, and maintain relationships at multiple levels within accounts, and understand customer decision-making processes. They will implement JMA Sales strategies, provide progress updates, and coordinate with other departments like PLM, System Engineering, and Customer Support to support sales efforts. Additionally, the role requires providing weekly, accurate written reports for senior management.
