Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of EP products in a defined geographical district
  • Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and budgets aligned with regional/business unit strategy
  • Manage and direct EP sales team directly or through subordinates in the specified region
  • Interpret and implement corporate/division policies; ensure employee compliance and resolve issues
  • Set goals, monitor performance, report status, and drive continuous process improvement
  • Ensure operational practices run smoothly, meet budgets/sales goals, and comply with marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain district budgets; coordinate and report to senior management
  • Support sales reps and key account colleagues in managing client relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Build district sales capability; manage, motivate, hire, retain, coach, mentor, evaluate, and develop sales team
  • Prepare regional sales forecasts and participate in their determination
