Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree, a minimum of 43 years of health insurance experience, a Health and Life Insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within 90 days), and at least 2 years of experience working with Medicare/insurance distribution, along with 2 years of experience working with business partners/brokers. Applicants should also be located in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, or Louisiana and be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.
The Regional Sales Director - Partner Channel will develop and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized accounts, focusing on personal sales targets and addressing customer issues. They will cultivate new client relationships, develop productive relationships with existing clients, prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals for supervisor review, participate in special projects, maximize revenues from reseller partners, locate and recruit channel partners, support partners throughout the sales process, and provide input into functions strategy, implementing strategic plans and driving performance improvements.
