Proficient in the use of equipment, tools & technology needed to troubleshoot and repair AWP products (computers, hand tools and digital devices)
Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Preferred: 3+ years’ Technical Service experience within the heavy equipment or similar industry
Preferred: A basic technical knowledge of aerial work platforms
Preferred: Hands-on knowledge of Genie products
70% travel within the territory required

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve customer concerns with Terex AWP products
Complete daily work orders, including entering daily activities into our CRM system
Assist customers with their service training needs and information
Assist Engineering as requested with the improvement and development of AWP products
Assist all customers with the safe and proper operation of Terex AWP products
Assist Terex Product Safety upon request
Create and maintain relationships within their respective territory
Work with area Sales and Parts personnel regularly to grow business market share
