  • Preferred: 3+ years’ Technical Service experience within the heavy equipment or similar industry
  • Preferred: A basic technical knowledge of aerial work platforms
  • Preferred: Hands-on knowledge of Genie products
  • 70% travel within the territory required

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve customer concerns with Terex AWP products
  • Complete daily work orders, including entering daily activities into our CRM system
  • Assist customers with their service training needs and information
  • Assist Engineering as requested with the improvement and development of AWP products
  • Assist all customers with the safe and proper operation of Terex AWP products
  • Assist Terex Product Safety upon request
  • Create and maintain relationships within their respective territory
  • Work with area Sales and Parts personnel regularly to grow business market share
