Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer)
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and data ecosystems: SIEMs, SOAR platforms, IAM (Okta, Azure AD), and custom applications
  • Able to develop and deliver scripts and software that support the deployment and delivery of SpyCloud’s API and data products. Preferred language is Python
  • Excellent communicator—able to translate between technical and business audiences
  • Ability to self-manage tasks while contributing to cross-functional team goals
  • Confident working with developers, architects, and senior security leaders

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Team members and Customer Success Managers to drive customer retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Participate in technical planning sessions and business reviews to align SpyCloud usage with evolving enterprise priorities
  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations across a variety of systems (identity, logging, security, ticketing, and SaaS tools)
  • Build automation workflows using both low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Tines, Okta Workflows) and scripting/APIs
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, DevOps, and Engineering teams to identify integration and automation opportunities
  • Implement and document reusable integration patterns to support scalable internal security and IT operations
  • Enhance visibility through data pipelines and log integrations, especially with tools like Splunk or similar
  • Proactively monitor account health and integration performance, identifying risks, blockers, and opportunities for optimization
  • Develop, deploy, and support demonstration environments that enable the sales and SE’s team members to clearly demonstrate the value of SpyCloud products and integrations
  • Create and maintain reusable assets—including integration guides, scripts, and deployment templates
  • Stay current with automation and integration best practices, adapting to emerging technologies and tools
  • Participate in roadmap discussions and help evolve SpyCloud’s platform and integration capabilities based on enterprise needs
  • Active participation in development planning and processes to evaluate and estimate level of effort required for integration activities
