  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, pay equity, and transparency requirements
  • Ability to analyze trends, employee retention, and engagement data
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational design

Responsibilities

  • Identifies trends and provides guidance to management to mitigate employee relations issues and promote a positive, inclusive, compliant work culture
  • Assists the regional team in implementing action plans to improve employee engagement and strengthen the employee experience
  • Leads, supports, and develops a team of People & Culture Partners, providing direction, coaching, and professional development
  • Partners with the Employee Relations team to conduct thorough, objective investigations and develop solutions to complex employee issues
  • Serves as a resource for all employees in the assigned region, being accessible and responsive to People & Culture-related matters
  • Partners with Regional Operations and People & Culture teams to develop and maintain organizational design structures supporting business needs and equitable career paths
  • Supports regional talent management and drives talent and succession planning with the Regional Operations VP
  • Partners with People & Culture and senior regional leadership to execute and ensure compliance with initiatives like onboarding, employee events, benefits enrollment, leave administration, compensation reviews, and engagement programs
  • Partners with Corporate People & Culture and Legal to interpret and communicate policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Acts as a resource on compensation and benefits, coaching managers on salary, bonus, merit, and reward recommendations aligned with pay equity
  • Assists in creating organizational and talent plans for new club openings
  • Supports the performance management process, including coaching, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and goal setting
  • Analyzes and interprets employee retention and other related data
