  • Experience aligning with customer stakeholders in enterprise accounts
  • Experience with onboarding customers and ensuring use cases are delivered
  • Ability to review account data and determine customer health
  • Experience developing success plans

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic success planning and engagement across assigned enterprise accounts
  • Foster champions within accounts
  • Support and empower customers across the customer journey (onboarding to renewal)
  • Develop an understanding of customer's current state, strategic initiatives, and goals
  • Orchestrate across customer and internal teams to tailor messaging and recommendations
  • Identify future-state opportunities for automation and feature usage
  • Develop Success Plans to drive automation
  • Partner with Sales teams to deliver Executive Business Reviews and QBR’s
  • Expand Tines' footprint outside of security teams into other functions
  • Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the Tines product
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Drive deeper partnerships and successful customer outcomes
