Requirements

  • Based on the West coast (PST or MST) for this remote position
  • Experience managing higher-spend, strategic/enterprise accounts
  • Ability to develop an understanding of customer’s current state (teams, processes, tools, current usage of Tines), strategic initiatives, and alignment with executive and key stakeholder goals & priorities
  • Expertise in Tines product to serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with internal teams (Customer Success Engineers, Sales, Product, CS Leadership, Professional Services, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic success planning and engagement across an assigned set of Tines’ enterprise accounts
  • Foster champions in accounts and support customers across the customer journey—from onboarding to ongoing adoption, expansion, and renewal
  • Orchestrate across customer and internal teams to tailor messaging, recommendations, and resources to customer needs, identifying opportunities for automation, feature usage, or process maturity
  • Develop Success Plans to help customers drive an automation plan and roadmap
  • Partner with Sales teams to deliver customer Executive Business Reviews and QBRs
  • Expand Tines usage outside of security teams into other functions (IT, HR, Product/Engineering, Operations) by identifying opportunities, gaining trust, and extending footprint
  • Align with customer stakeholders in higher-spend and strategic/enterprise accounts to ensure stakeholder alignment and value delivery along the customer journey—from onboarding through renewal
  • In conjunction with a Customer Success Engineer, orchestrate first-class onboarding to deliver use cases on timeline and equip users with platform knowledge/skills
  • Review account dashboards, metrics, log-ins, and use cases to determine account health
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to shape the product
  • Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product teams, Customer Success Engineers, and others to drive deeper partnerships and successful customer outcomes
