Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with the partner’s regional team, aligning on priorities, performance, and roadmap execution
  • Drive regional performance against partnership targets, including revenue, product adoption, incentives, and program compliance
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews (QBRs/ABRs), surfacing insights, risks, and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal to execute partner strategy consistently across markets
  • Support regional go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and cross-functional alignment with the Regional Managing Director
  • Identify and pursue regional growth opportunities—co-investment, pilots, expansion initiatives
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, campaign tracking, and claims for incentive programs
  • Enable teams through training, localized partner messaging, and scalable workflows
  • Uphold governance and compliance with all partner program rules, branding, and operational standards
  • Influence regional quotas tied to partner performance and ensure strong pipeline and forecast accuracy
