Responsibilities

  • Direct, administer, and control day-to-day operations of dialysis facilities and programs in assigned area, ensuring compliance and high-quality patient care
  • Oversee Urgent Care research projects and drive Urgent Care culture through values and customer service standards
  • Actively participate in board meetings with Joint Venture partners
  • Participate in implementing divisional and company initiatives and strategies
  • Practice cost containment strategies to maintain profitability and growth
  • Develop new business opportunities in partnership with Business Leadership team to meet treatment growth goals
  • Account for outstanding customer service to external and internal customers, resolving issues timely
  • Coordinate operation strategies for quality patient care, efficiency, and economy
  • Provide direct oversight of product research and coordinate market preference studies with marketing
  • Prepare and review operations reports
  • Develop area strategic plans, goals, and objectives; implement quality goals and action plans
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and senior management on programs and projects to maximize earnings
  • Identify and follow up on leads for acquisitions, de novos, joint ventures, management agreements; support new modalities and same store growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Sales, Marketing, and local nephrologists for treatment growth
  • Provide leadership in business goals for treatment growth and integration of innovative technologies
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to facility management, clinical/technical managers, support staff, and Operations Manager
  • Manage staffing through hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, ongoing informal feedback, and annual performance evaluations
