Proficiency in managing staffing, including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations in collaboration with HR

Responsibilities

Direct, administer, and control day-to-day operations of dialysis facilities and programs in assigned area, ensuring compliance and high-quality patient care
Oversee Urgent Care research projects and drive Urgent Care culture through values and customer service standards
Actively participate in board meetings with Joint Venture partners
Participate in implementing divisional and company initiatives and strategies
Practice cost containment strategies to maintain profitability and growth
Develop new business opportunities in partnership with Business Leadership team to meet treatment growth goals
Account for outstanding customer service to external and internal customers, resolving issues timely
Coordinate operation strategies for quality patient care, efficiency, and economy
Provide direct oversight of product research and coordinate market preference studies with marketing
Prepare and review operations reports
Develop area strategic plans, goals, and objectives; implement quality goals and action plans
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and senior management on programs and projects to maximize earnings
Identify and follow up on leads for acquisitions, de novos, joint ventures, management agreements; support new modalities and same store growth
Develop and maintain relationships with Sales, Marketing, and local nephrologists for treatment growth
Provide leadership in business goals for treatment growth and integration of innovative technologies
Provide leadership, support, and guidance to facility management, clinical/technical managers, support staff, and Operations Manager
Manage staffing through hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, ongoing informal feedback, and annual performance evaluations
