Responsibilities

  • Execute Ambulatory market strategies to drive new revenue growth, customer retention, and market penetration
  • Maintain an active pipeline, delivering accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to foster loyalty and identify expansion opportunities
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings and customer needs
  • Collaborate with customer success and operations to monitor customer satisfaction, identify risks, and ensure successful renewals and expansions
  • Analyze sales metrics to inform corporate KPIs
  • Deliver revenue models to C-Suite executives to demonstrate long-term ROI
  • Craft value-driven proposals that answer “why change, why now, and why us.”
  • Lead account planning, prospecting, and cold outreach to generate new opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth by selling directly to national Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) to add their services to the Tendo Marketplace provider network
  • Acquire new ASC partners, expand service line inventory, grow business within ASC partners after initial contract, and foster strong, long-term relationships
  • Manage a robust pipeline, develop and execute targeted sales strategies
  • Guide ASCs through the contracting and onboarding and post-implementation growth process
  • Leverage internal resources to ensure new and existing partnerships align with Tendo's value proposition and strategic objectives
