Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical support role, and must obtain and maintain a HSPA Certification as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot and maintain surgical equipment and instruments. Demonstrated knowledge of medical facility policies, standards, and procedures is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional OnSite Specialist will provide clinical surgical support by managing equipment, leading on-the-job training, coordinating daily operations, anticipating device needs, coaching specialists, providing product information, ensuring effective surgical care, and troubleshooting equipment issues. They will also be responsible for communicating updates, building relationships with various stakeholders, analyzing and resolving product issues, adhering to policies and regulations, and supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining patient confidentiality and embodying Stryker’s core values.
