Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in regional, field, or event marketing, with Federal expertise being a plus; they must be located in the Southeast region (FL, GA, VA, DC preferred), willing to travel approximately 40%, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies, and proficiency in Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

The Regional Marketing & Events Associate will manage and execute account-based marketing initiatives, including virtual programs and in-person events, ensuring data and project timelines are kept up to date; they will support account programs and conferences onsite if needed, creating and localizing marketing materials for specific regions; they will utilize marketing analytics tools to gather data and generate reports on campaign performance; and they will collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences, supporting event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, booth setup, and on-site support when necessary, and tracking event metrics to provide post-event analysis.
