Description: Lilly Canada is seeking a Regional Market Access Manager (RMAM) to develop and maintain relationships with priority payers and stakeholders within the Atlantic provinces, Ontario, and the Federal Drug Plans. The RMAM will be responsible for ensuring access without barriers to Lilly’s medicines for Canadians. This role requires collaboration with national PRA Head Office teams and a deep understanding of health technology assessments and provincial reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers for 5 provincial and 4 Federal drug plans and cancer agencies in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and PEI (Atlantic Canada).
  • Establish relationships based on mutual respect and trust with all drug plan decision-makers and influencers, including formulary managers and therapeutic advisors.
  • Build and maintain Account Plans for all 9 payer accounts aligned to the national PRA brand strategy, with actionable tactical plans and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the PRA Head Office team to support national PRA brand strategy development, HTA and provincial submissions, pCPA negotiations, provincial listing agreements, and secure timely formulary listings with public payers.
  • Ensure rapid access and reimbursement for all newly launched products in Canada.
  • Support the Oncology and Immunology Innovation Readiness, brand strategies, and plans by partnering with Corporate Affairs (Stakeholder Engagement Managers), GR/Policy, Medical Affairs (MSL, MED and CRS), and Marketing colleagues.
  • Have a deep understanding of Lilly’s therapeutic areas and brands and be knowledgeable of health technology assessments and provincial reimbursement processes.
