Requirements

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of labor relations principles and practices, experience with various employee representative structures such as unions and works councils, the ability to constructively manage relationships with employee representatives, strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, a proven ability to develop and implement scalable best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an understanding of Danaher’s Code of Conduct and Core Values.

Responsibilities

The Regional Leader, Europe will deliver core labor and employee relations services effectively and efficiently to Operating Companies in a matrixed environment, ensure the LER COE EU team meets operational, quality, and service level requirements within core LER COE Pillars, build and develop positive and partnering culture with employee representative bodies, play a key and influencing role in critical exchanges with group-level employee representative structures, serve as an escalation point for Europe LER issues, providing guidance and recommendations in sensitive and complex matters, analyze case data to improve LER service efficiencies, identify trends, solve problems, and develop scalable best practices, and champion consistent and sustained adoption of Standard workflows, process-oriented solutions, and promote organizational effectiveness in LER service delivery.
